POOL
Our pool is heated by solar panels.
Towels will be delivered to our clients in the pool area.
GYM
Enjoy this health space at no additional charge.
Ask for the keys to the gym at the reception.

The pool is available from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
* On Mondays the maintenance and cleaning of the pool is carried out.
Sauna, Turkish and Hydromassage schedules
The wet areas (Sauna, Turkish) are open from Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
*On Monday and Tuesday these areas are closed for maintenance and cleaning.
Spa
Our spa at Hacienda Chorlavi has a large Turkish Bath (hot steam), Sauna and Jacuzzi. Massages are available for hotel guests have additional cost.
We offer a variety of massages, you can choose your favorite at the momentto make your reservation.
All our massages require a prior appointment, at least 3-4 hours before. Additional cost.
All our massages can be given to two people at the same time, so you can share these moments of relaxation with someone special.
All massage prices are per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to others
guests and for our masseuses, please give 3 hours of
advance notice before your appointment to avoid a 50% charge.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment to review your schedule.
Appointments start promptly at the scheduled time.
If you are late for your appointment, the massage time may be shortened.

ALLERGIES, DISABILITIES OR OTHER
HEALTH PROBLEMS
Please notify the spa manager and massage technician

WHAT SHOULD I USE FOR MY TREATMENT?
Undergarments may be worn if preferred. A robe will be
provided in Spa prior to your massage.
For massages that include the jacuzzi, it is requested to wear a bathing suit.
PERSONAL ITEMS
The Spa does not have lockers. We recommend that you leave valuables
valuables in the safe in your room.
Hacienda Chorlavi is not responsible for jewelry or valuables lost or damaged in the Spa.
